1. Product Returns:
1.1. We accept returns of products purchased from Her Layali subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
- Products must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way.
- Any returns must be in it's original packaging. A further 5% Surcharge will be deducted if this has not been adhered to.
1.2. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or appear tampered with, have an unusual smell, or show signs of misuse.
1.3. To cover the costs associated with processing returns, we apply a 5% surcharge on the refunded amount. This surcharge helps us maintain our commitment to providing quality products and services. Please note that this surcharge will be deducted from the total refund amount when a return is initiated.
2. Shipping and Delivery:
2.1. Her Layali offers standard shipping on all UK mainland orders only. Custom Charges are per your own country will be customers own responsibility. we do not offer free international delivery.
2.2. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and product availability. We will make our best efforts to ship orders promptly.
2.3. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the delivery status through the provided tracking number.
2.4. Please note that any delays or issues with delivery that arise after the product has been shipped are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We will assist you in resolving any delivery-related concerns to the best of our ability.
2.5 Should your order return to sender Via the courier, a refund will be made in-line with our return policy. We will not dispatch your order again.
